Application Processing Status

The application processing statuses are distinguished as follows:

• done - processing is finished
• processing - an application is being processed

The processing status means that not all services have been finished and consequent results can be changed in the future.

If the application has the status done, then all services have been finished and the application can be changed only manually (on the application details page).

The webhook with results is going to call only after changing the processing status to done

Overall Statuses

Each application after processing may have the following overall statuses for services and checks (from better to worse):

approved - no problems are found

declined - an application is declined due to any facts defined as critical in settings

needs-review- some facts are defined as considered in settings

error - an error has occurred (wrong or missing input data; a service error)

For example, the following services have been done for verification:

• faceMatching - approved,
• watchlists - needs-review,
• docCheck - approved.

As a result, the application has the needs-review status because it is the worst result.

Sub-Statuses

The overall status is obtained from a combination of sub-statuses (results of each check included in the application or request).

Each check (service) may have the following sub-statuses:

• Approved (green)
• Declined (red)
• Needs review (yellow)
• error (technical issue)

Breakdowns

Each sub-status (check/service level) is made up of breakdowns.
