        Sorting and Filtering Requests

        Main Data Table

        If you need to add, modify, or delete a customer's checkup details, all necessary tools for further customization and integration of your applications are available in one place for your convenience.

        Column sorting

        By default, the available columns in the Requests list are:

        • Submission date
        • Full name/ Document type
        • Issue country
        • Created by
        • Verification
        • Status
        Note:

        By clicking the Settings icon to the far right of the column titles bar, a drop-down list appears with additional column title options.

        Subject to the selected options in the Settings drop-down list, the relevant columns will be added to the Requests list to reflect the changes:

        The Search box on this web page is used to allow you to enter queries to be submitted to the IDScan search engine server-side script, where an index database is queried for entries that contain one or more of the keyword research.

        Export

        The available requests can be exported in .xls format by clicking the Export button. The exported file includes the specified requests with columns reflecting the pre-selected filtered values.

        Refresh

        By clicking the Refresh button, you can simply request a browser to refresh this page. This is done almost instantly after making the request.

        Filters

        To get even more precise results, the existing requests can be filtered by different additional parameters: Status, Document type, Author, Platform, Issue country, Verification flow, and By date:

        By Status

        The requests can be further filtered further by checking/unchecking the appropriate options in the Status drop-down list: Pending, Declined, Needs review, Approved, Error:

        By Document Type

        Searching for specific document types within the existing requests is possible by checking the appropriate options in the drop-down Document type list: Passport, ID card, Driving license, Residence permit, Voter card, Tax card, Address card and Unknown.

        By Author

        You can also search for specific requests by Author:

         By Platform

        Besides, the search for existing requests is possible by Platform: Web, API, Android, iOS and Internal:

        By Issue country

        The requests can be filtered by Issue country by checking/unchecking the appropriate options in the scrollable Issue country drop-down list:

        By Verification flow

        It's also possible to search for requests by Verification flow by selecting the required checkbox options from the scrollable drop-down list of pre-defined verification flows:

        By Date

        You can also specify the required timeframe for searching requests via the pop-up Calendar by clicking the Calendar icon inside the From and To fields respectively:

        Navigating by month is made by clicking the next and previous arrows to switch the month in a calendar app.

        By clicking the current year value (2021) in the upper left-hand corner of the Calendar, you receive the reloaded calendar pop-up to select a yearly value from the scrollable drop-down list.

        Clear filters

        After clicking the Clear filters button, all search query settings return to their default state.

        Apply filters

        When all necessary criteria have been specified, press the Apply filters button to run a search.

        Creating a New request

        To create a new request, you should provide personal information of a Client by filling in the mandatory First Name, Last Name, Document front side (for Doc&AML Request), and Date of Birth fields in the forms below:
